Walked all through Brooklyn (while fasting mind you) and went into a densely gentrified area. Theres a lot of places like the above image. New expensive apartment buildings right next to the older buildings. Some older apartments are right next to the new places they're trying to make. Not seen to often in my opinion, the original soul of an area straight up being taken out of it's people. The last old building on the block, being swallowed up by the new shit.
